Dear Always Take Care
Sorry to be so vague in addressing you but there is no name on your invoice and my daughter Sally arranges a carer from you when necessary.
Natalie is leaving tomorrow just as Sylvia takes over. Both have been truly caring, kind, pleasant and understanding, and I consider them both now as friends!
I hope my physical health will mean I wont need your services again, but I want to express my gratitude that my recovery from several unpleasant operations was made more bearable by this help.
Stuart has been employed by my family since April 2012 as a full time live-in carer for Mr B J. He is presently providing exemplary end-of-life care in a particularly challenging situation.
Throughout his time with us, Stuart has demonstrated a high level of initiative and resourcefulness. He is unusually thoughtful and can be relied on to secure the best possible outcome at all times. He has worked very well with the local Medical Practice, who have admired his professional expertise. He works well in a team situation and although quite self-effacing, is perfectly confident whenever leadership and training is required. His record keeping and administration are impeccable.
I am delighted to provide this reference for Stuart. He has contributed enormously to Mr J's quality of life and to the comfort and reassurance of his close family. There is no one more conscientious. Stuart always puts his clients needs first and I recommend him unreservedly.

Always Take Care
Thank you for the care I received after my hospital stay, 28th May - 11th June.
I am most grateful for the care and companionship of Sylvia and Gillian, and their contribution to my recovery. I will not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone looking for this sort of help.
Dear Heather and all at Always Take Care
The care, the carers', the considerate thoughts and plans, your visits to Dad - this all added up to provide Dad with seven years of old age in dignity - worthy of his adventurous, outgoing life.
We cannot thank you enough, Heather. You will never be out of our thoughts.
God Bless you all, with much love
