On behalf of the whole family I would like to thank you for everything you did for my father, to make his last months so comfortable and happy.
Heather cared for my wife during the final difficult stages of cancer. She lived in our house and assisted Anne in whatever was required to keep her pain free and comfortable.
Her support enabled my wife to enjoy a quality of life we never imagined possible, encouraging her to maintain her way of life for as long as possible. Your carer carried out her tasks with diligence, enthusiasm and a loving care that is hard to find these days.
I cannot say how grateful I was to Charlotte and Tracey. Nobody could have been more efficient, patient and caring. [My sister] was not an easy patient - but they coped splendidly with all [her] difficulties. ... I feel all of you are really true friends of mine, that is a lovely thing to have and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
Margaret has acted as live-in carer for my father, John, for much of the last fourteen months. My father is wheelchair bound and unable to move himself, so is totally dependent on his carers for all his needs.
Her role has involved living in my father's house, being on call 24m hours a day, and carrying out domestic and personal care activities including:
Margaret has been an exceptional carer, and became an integral part of the household. She carried out far more than just the basic tasks and we relied on her entirely. She was capable, thorough, good humoured, sensible and knowledgeable. We were very sorry when she left us to go to Australia, but we have no hesitation in giving her the highest possible recommendation.
